Seems like the EPA should be going after them if they didn't follow the rules -- or if they did follow the rules that it's not Tesla's fault the EPA testing allows numbers that don't match real life.

Tesla's range advantage is completely made up because they game the system. In real-world conditions, their cars might be a bit better than some of the competition but not by the huge margins that you see on paper.
